Our Landing Systems Business Unit headquartered in Troy, Ohio designs, tests and manufactures a wide range of fully integrated landing systems. What You Will Do

• Assure processes, including equipment, fixture design, routings, programming, tooling, and standard work in support of the following processes : Assembly Processes for Aircraft Brakes and Wheels, Machining, Anodize, Chemical Etch, Aluminum Conversion Coating, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, Waste Water Treatment, and Shot Peen.
• Continuously improve quality and productivity using the Ace Operating System for products and processes including compliance to these processes.
• Identify and implement cost savings as related to direct and indirect labor savings, and expense account budgets.
• Ability to lead activities related to compliance audits including AS9100, NADCAP, etc.
• Provide technical support for serving as liaison between Value Streams, Quality Assurance, EH&S and Design Engineering.
• Project and Contractor Management
• Capital Projects management

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
