Practice Information

  • Service Areas : Camden and Richwood locations (2 days at each)
  • EMR System : Greenway Intergy
  • Key Responsibilities :

Provide therapy services

  • Must have experience in substance abuse treatment and OBMAT (Office-Based Medication-Assisted Treatment) programs
  • Will treat a variety of diagnosis, not only substance abuse
  • Work Schedule :

    • Varies by location

  • Clinic roles follow standard clinic hours
  • Patient Volume : 8-10 patients per day
  • Call Requirements : None

    • Financial Package & Benefits

  • Annual Salary :

    • $60,000 base

  • Up to $80,000 for candidates with prior FQHC experience
  • Bonuses & Incentives :

    • Sign-On Bonus : Not offered

  • Relocation Assistance : Yes (may cover airfare or moving costs depending on location)
  • Student Loan Repayment : Yes (NHSC-supported)
  • CME Allowance : $1,000 annually
  • Malpractice Insurance : Covered under FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act)
  • Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions :
  • Licensing costs covered if required for the role

    • Up to $500 reimbursement for professional dues / subscriptions

  • Insurance Benefits :

    • Medical : Blue Cross Blue Shield network

  • Dental / Vision : Principal provider
  • Life / AD&D Insurance : $25,000, fully paid
  • Short-Term Disability : Employee-paid
