S:US is seeking a Maintenance Worker for their Central Maintenance division.
This position is located at 7th Avenue New York, New York 10018
Provide quality cleanliness oversight to assigned building(s).
Required Education and Experience At least one year of maintenance & cleaning experience in a large residential or Program setting. Must possess good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred. Beneficial for candidate to have experience working within a Supportive Housing setting.
