Learning Development Program Coordinator

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, logistics, delivery, and registration of learning programs / events

Manage updates to the learning management system and report on program effectiveness

Provide operational support for instructor sourcing and live session delivery

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience in learning and development or a similar field

Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables and reporting

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar systems

Experience in managing multiple priorities and event logistics

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
