About The Position

Vista Community Clinic -

  • Full Time
  • Schedules; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 1 late weeknight 10am - 7pm, and 1 Saturday per month 9am - 4pm
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen : 2.5 per hour
  • Loan Repayment
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10000

Compensation :

  • Base $285,000 to $300,000+ based on experience (Prorated for PT)
  • $10,000 Sign-on Bonus & Relocation package available (Prorated for PT)
  • Productivity Bonus as well (Prorated for PT)

    DETAILS :

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions are open in our Vista location.
  • Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients
  • Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • CA license required
  • Board Certification required
  • 1-year experience in an ambulatory care setting REQUIRED
  • Experience in FQHC PREFERRED
  • Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
