ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With nine years as a State Farm agent, our office has proudly qualified for both Honor Club and Ambassador Club every single year — a reflection of our commitment to excellence and genuine care for our customers. Before opening my agency, I spent two years as an agent aspirant, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to build a thriving business and successful team.


I’m actively involved in the industry and my community, serving as a committee member with the Utah Team Member Hall of Fame and speaking at events such as the 2024 Polished Conference at UVU. Giving back and mentoring others are huge parts of what drive me, and I’m passionate about creating opportunities for my team to grow both personally and professionally.


As a mom of three, I understand the importance of balance and flexibility — and that perspective shapes the way we run our office. Team members enjoy a supportive, growth-minded environment along with benefits like a Simple IRA and licensing reimbursement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for jordan hardy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
