• Facility : Level I Trauma Center with 18 ORs\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
• Proficient in OR procedures : cardiac, trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, and robotic surgeries (DaVinci, Mako)\n
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients\n
• Assist with trauma, cardiac, orthopedic, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, and robotic procedures\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech\n
• Follow hospital policies and infection control standards\n
