Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Packager with a strong work ethic and a desire to be an integral part of an effective team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Package and inspect brick in a fast-paced production environment

Work in indoor and outdoor conditions year-round; production areas are not climate controlled

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Skills and Experience Required for Success

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours daily

Ability to grip, lift, and carry bricks weighing 16–35 lbs , up to 4,000 repetitions per shift

Ability to bend, twist, and reach overhead frequently while packaging materials.

Strong attention to detail for visual inspection of brick for clarity and color.

Must be able to wear required PPE (provided by the company).
