    The Company is seeking a full-time Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's mission to create a strong, community-focused brand. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the wholesale market, fostering positive relationships with retailers, and overseeing the promotion of the company's products. This role requires a strategic and operational approach, with a focus on both execution and leading with a clear vision. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of wholesale experience in CPG, and a proven track record of leading a team of wholesale professionals.

    Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales include working closely with the founding team to develop and execute sales strategies, increasing brand awareness through strong retailer relationships and marketing initiatives, and supporting the execution of company-driven promotions and events. The role demands excellent professional and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong focus on efficiency and ROI. The candidate should be adept at building and leveraging positive retailer relationships, have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to influence others in a fast-paced, growing environment. A background in product innovation, consumer trends, and strong financial acumen is essential, as is the ability to manage growth pains and supply chain challenges.
