Capacity Path is actively recruiting providers to join our Disaster Cadre in response to recent flooding disasters that has left so many in need of urgent support. This is a chance to use your training, heart, and commitment to service where it’s needed most.
If called to serve in Alaska, the conditions may be harsh, and the needs of the survivors may match that level of intensity. We are seekign persons who have mental health or reltaedcris counseling or truama healing backgrounds wiht some connection or relation to Native tribal communities, to support and honor the surviors with cultural clarity.
We’re looking for compassionate, grounded, and skilled professionals who are clear-headed in crisis and committed to making a difference. Note : This is not a remote position . All providers must be able and willing to travel to disaster-affected areas when deployed. We are recruiting professionals nationwide to join our roster and respond onsite when directly contacted. At the current time we are increasing our usual cadre outreach to include specifically people able and willing and wanting - and best suited- to serve in this tragic situation unfolding in Alaska. .

This opportunity is for a temporary, on-call potential to deploy on short notice in the next week or so . Evening and weekend work may be required. During the interview we’ll walk you through how deployments work—including how they may fit around your existing employment or caseload. We can introducew you to our existing cadre of response practitioners and training materials to equip you for this short term crisis scare work.
Travel and lodging will be arranged and / or reimbursed as needed.
