🩺 What You'll Do as a CNA :

As a CNA at Rock Creek, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive quality, compassionate care. Key responsibilities include :

Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)

Taking vital signs, recording intake / output, and reporting condition changes to nurses

Helping with meals, hydration, and after-meal care

Transporting residents to meals, activities, and appointments

Ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and ready for residents

Observing and reporting skin conditions, safety concerns, and overall well-being

Supporting restorative and rehabilitative care plans

Providing kindness, dignity, and respect in every interaction

👩 What We're Looking For :

Active CNA certification in California (required)

Compassion, patience, and dedication to resident-centered care

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Dependability for scheduled AM shifts
