Executive Chef – Senior Living Community

Grand Villa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Join our vibrant community where your culinary expertise and leadership will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the food service department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
• Prepare and cook nutritious, appealing meals tailored to the dietary needs of residents
• Manage all kitchen functions, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and budgeting
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food preparation, safety, and service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen environment
• Collaborate with management and dietary staff to develop menus that accommodate residents’ dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster a positive team environment

Compensation details : 65000-75000 Yearly Salary
