We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Prepare financial reports as needed

Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeperProficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
