Desktop Support

Location : Denver, CO

This position requires support for Microsoft OS including Windows 7 and some Windows 10 (piloting), as well as current MAC OS support in a corporate environment including OS troubleshooting, imaging, and builds. The candidate must also support Mobility Devices (phones and tablets) across multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Microsoft.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in application support of standard Microsoft Office products current through Office 365, including support of Outlook / Exchange in a corporate environment across PC, phone, and tablet devices. This role requires the ability to provide on-site and remote support for high-level and executive end users through in-person, phone, and Remote Takeover tools. Superior customer service skills are essential, and the candidate must possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
