Physical Therapist Role $2,126 per week

About the Role :

We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with patients to help them recover, regain function, and achieve long-term wellness goals. You'll evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment programs tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy and educate patients on exercises and preventative strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, other therapists, and staff to ensure quality care
  • Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment

Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active state PT license in good standing
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
