Description :

This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Med / Surg.

The shift is a 12-hour night shift from 1900 to 0730.

The guaranteed hours per week are 36.

Weekend work is required every other weekend.

Floating to other areas is required as needed based on skill set.

Common diagnoses / treatments include CHF, Pneumonia, Sepsis, Cardiac issues, ESRD, post-op bariatrics, orthopedics, ENT, and general surgery.

The total number of beds on the unit is 155.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is 5 : 1 during the day and 6 : 1 at night.

Charting will be done using Cerner.

Scrub color will be navy blue.

This role requires resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care.
