Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records, contacts, and opportunity activity in the company CRM
Support outreach through email follow-up and targeted prospect communication
Assist with prospect research and manage ongoing business development activities
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required
Three years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related function
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Self-starter with a professional, dependable work style
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a small, growth-focused company environment
