Summary / objective
The warehouse employee is responsible for always providing excellent customer service.
Essential functions
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
- Responsible for loading customer’s flooring purchases either by forklift or by hand, as needed.
- Off load and receive product into the inventory system, then call / email customers in a timely manner of its arrival.
- Complete pick up and receiving paperwork accurately and tag products and pallets accordingly.
- Perform weekly cycle counts to insure accurate inventory.
- Store maintenance and cleaning including maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, showroom, and property.
- Receive deliveries from vendors and MDC or CDC.
- Offloading trucks as they arrive.

Work environment : Working in warehouse subject to varying temperatures, to include heat and cold
Physical demands : Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
