Key Responsibilities :
Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
Perform basic member service transactions and consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions

Required Qualifications :
1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting service and sales goals
Basic understanding of financial products and services
