Select Savvy is hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a welcoming and collaborative school community in Lakewood, WA for the 2025–2026 school year. Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with a range of physical, developmental, and cognitive needs.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student development and achievement.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Recommend tools, adaptations, and techniques that enhance student participation and learning.
  • Offer training and guidance to staff and families to encourage student independence across school and home settings.
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation of services, goals, and student outcomes.

    • Qualifications :

  • Active State Occupational Therapist (OT) License
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for supporting student growth and success in a school setting
