Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or marketing agency
Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills relevant to the marketing industry
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making
