Advanced Maintenance Technician - DIRECT HIRE POSITION

(Millwright or skilled Industrial Mechanic)

$45,000 - 66,000 / year based on experience

Join a family-owned commercial heat-treating company where your skills matter and growth is encouraged. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on technician with strong mechanical aptitude to help maintain and repair industrial equipment.

Dismantles, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains industrial heating equipment, pumps, indexes, motors, electrical and mechanical controls and devices, blasting machines, cranes, PLC's and other related equipment .

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot & repair furnaces, motors, pumps, PLCs, and more
• Perform preventive maintenance across facility equipment
• Install & maintain electrical, pneumatic, and gas systems
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Use voltmeters, amp meters, and hand tools
• Fabricate parts, weld, and pipe fit as needed
• Keep accurate maintenance logs
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines
