As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for :

• Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient / family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
• One year of RN experience in a surgical setting preferred.

Day To Day Duties

3 OR Suites, 1 Endo Room, 1 OB / C-Section suite.

Approx. 100+ Cases per month

Schedule- PRN- Variable days of week and start times per Surgical Volume and Current Unit needs. TBD with OR manager during interviews.

Per policy PRN requires a Min availability for 5 shifts in a 6 week schedule block and 2 holiday per year

Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the regions referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. Since 1952, St. Elizabeth has been serving the community in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.
