Job Description

Primary Function :

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Human Resources, project management, HR technology, and change management. The ideal candidate brings a proven history of leading complex initiatives in global organizations and a strong understanding of HR programs, processes, and practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver strategic solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Create and integrate change management activities into the overall plan, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and deliver training materials and resources, such as user guides, tutorials, and online modules, for internal teams and end users.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Guide teams using HR expertise and best practices to ensure quality execution.
• Drive successful execution of HR projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Track progress, report outcomes, and adjust plans as needed to ensure success.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as an HR subject matter expert, offering insights and direction to project teams.
