Mercy Clinic 65 Prime Plus - North County 637 Dunn

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 0800-1630

No weekends or holidays!

Mercy 65 Prime+ Clinics are a new primary care service designed specifically for Medicare beneficiaries. Patients receive extended office visit times and closer monitoring of chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. As a Primary Care Nurse (PCN) in this clinic, you will work closely with the providers to triage incoming calls / messages, educate patients, follow-up with patients, and assist with various clinic tasks as needed.

LPN Qualifications :

  • Education :   Diploma in Practical Nursing
  • Licensure : Active LPN license

RN Qualifications :

  • Education : Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree
  • Licensure : Active RN license

    • Highly Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations.
  • Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
  • Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
