Role Description

As the Sr. Manager / Director of Business Operations and Strategy, AI Transformation & Innovation , you will serve as the operational bridge between Salesforce Engineering's technical vision and our highest-priority customer accounts in Engineering COO office. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role that blends big-picture strategic planning with the operational rigor necessary to execute complex technology transformations.

• You are a strategic orchestrator who builds high-trust relationships with both internal Engineering leadership and external C-level customer teams
• You possess excellent executive presence and communication skills required to influence priorities and drive alignment across global and cross-functional stakeholders.
• You are comfortable bending effortlessly between the tactical (data analysis) and the strategic (long-term platform vision).
• You are a catalyst for change , driving an organizational shift toward an AI-first operating model.
• You build high-trust relationships to secure cross-functional buy-in and action.
