Description
Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is looking for a dedicated and passionate QMHP-C to work in Intensive In-Home Services ! In this role, you will utilize your skills to assist clients in developing acceptable habits and attitudes, managing behaviors, and meeting the goals of their Individualized Service Plan.
Responsibilities :
- Implements individualized treatment plans (ISP) with measurable goals and objectives;
- Develops & implements comprehensive discharge plans
- Prepares client progress reports as required by DMAS, licensing guidelines, and BHSVA Documentation Policy
- Provides individual psycho-educational support for clients;
- Coordinates prepares and maintains all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner;
- Participates in weekly clinical supervision of client progress
- Develops community resources to support individuals in attaining services such as housing,
- Educates client on additional mental health care, psychiatric medication, medical resources, financial assistance, legal advocacy, etc.; empowers clients by educating them on how to seek and utilize these services
- Participates in weekly supervision, agency-wide and other meetings, training, and development opportunities as determined appropriate by clinical supervisor;
- Transportation of clients if necessary
- Adheres to all client confidentiality requirements and standards
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type : FULL-TIME
Pay Range : $20.00 / HR to $25.00 / HR
Requirements :
You must have at least one 1-year experience.Must have your QMHP-C registration.Must be available to work weekday evenings and weekends.Full benefits after 30-days of employment and average of 30-hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a Bachelor's in a non-related field with 15 credit hours in a human service field.Must have your QMHP-C registration.Minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients with mental health conditions.
