At NorthBay Health, we are looking for a Board-Certified, Licensed Urgent Care Physician to join our respected health system in Northern California. Locations are Dixon / Winters, Vacaville / Fairfield, American Canyon / Benicia & Rio Vista.

Our Urgent Care centers provide high-quality, immediate care for non-life-threatening conditions, with compassionate staff and easy access to a comprehensive network of specialists if needed. As part of our team, you ll be integral in delivering timely care to patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

NorthBay Health is ideally situated between the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, providing residents with abundant recreational and leisure options that promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Inpatient / Outpatient Responsibilities : Outpatient only

Call Ratio : Balanced call ratio shared among physicians and sites

Daily Patient Census : Average 20-40 patients per day

Equipment / Resources : Access to state-of-the-art medical equipment and comprehensive resources

Provider Support : Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Compensation and Perks :

• Annual Compensation Range : Low $300s
• Supervision : $12,000 per year per 1.0 FTE APP
• Signing Bonus : up to $30,000
• Retention Bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year) : up to $30,000 per year
• Relocation bonus : Up to $10,000 (based on location)
