Are you a highly motivated sales professional in the St. Louis area with a proven track record of success? We're experiencing exciting growth and are looking for driven individuals with existing sales expertise to excel as Roofing Consultant.

Imagine a full-time role where your hard work and sales acumen directly translate into significant earning potential, with top performers realistically achieving incomes in the $150,000 - $200,000+ range annually, (Last year a Top Earner achieved over $500,00K in residential roofing alone). We believe in investing in our team, which is why we provide comprehensive, hands-on training and ongoing support to ensure your success – no prior roofing experience is necessary!

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales goals and objectives to maximize your earning potential.
  • Prospect and identify new customer leads within the St. Louis metropolitan area, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Diligently follow up on leads, expertly close deals, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Priority Roofing's services to best serve our clients.

What You'll Bring :

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable personal vehicle for travel within the St. Louis area.
  • A minimum of one year of proven success in a sales or customer service role.
  • Residency in the greater St. Louis area or the ability to relocate.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed.
