Forms And Records Analyst 3 (Fra3)

Location : Kelso, WA (This is a hybrid position with an option to telework 4 days a week and report 1 day a week to the region 6 dcYF office closest to the employee. This hybrid schedule is available after completing the training period.)

Salary : $4,216.00 - $5,666.00 monthly

The region 6 discovery unit is seeking an attention-oriented records specialist (forms and records analyst 3) to process and handle discovery requests in accordance with dcYF rules, law, and policies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion as well as the ability to work in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment.

Some of what you will get to do :

  • Enter and correct data in the record indexing system.
  • Provide direction to dcYF staff on preparing records for imaging and record retention.
  • Utilize famlink, wacompass, act, sharepoint, and ax to verify the location or destruction of records.
  • Coordinate calculated searches for legal discovery and collect all records to ensure the requested information is collected.
  • Utilize the agency records request tracking system (arrts / llinx) to track working requests, timelines, and hours.
  • Scans physical records into ax using image trust.
  • Examine all information and records collected to ascertain if records are complete or if information is missing.

What we're looking for (required qualifications) :

Equivalent education and experience totaling six years in forms and / or records management, clerical duties associated with records management, public disclosure, paralegal, or customer service.

Or two years of experience as a forms & records analyst 2.

Or a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, social services, law, paralegal, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in forms and records management, public disclosure, or other clerical duties associated with records / customer service.

Or an associate's degree in business administration, accounting, social services, law, paralegal, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in forms and records management, public disclosure, or other clerical duties associated with records / customer service.

In addition to those required qualifications, our ideal applicant will also have some or all of the following :

  • Previous work experience using famlink, wacompass, act, sharepoint, and ax.
  • Working knowledge of dcYF policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • An advanced level of skill utilizing microsoft office suite (word, excel, and outlook).
