Marketing Director

Marketing Director Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within restaurant groups.
  • Proven track record of managing direct reports.
  • Strong expertise in budget management and ROI reporting.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including CRM, SEO / SEM, social media, influencer marketing, PR, promotions, and events.

    • Marketing Director Preferred Background & Skills

  • Strong ability to interpret analytics and pivot strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Asana / Basecamp, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is preferred.

    • Marketing Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ROI reporting to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
