Overview

To achieve Digital transformation, AT&T needs a best-in-class Digital organization.

We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist with a blend of creativity and strategic expertise to join our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will excel in strategic content development, possess exceptional writing and editing skills, and demonstrate a sharp attention to detail. As a forward-thinker, you’ll craft content strategies that align with AT&T’s brand goals while driving results.

This individual contributor role focuses on creating compelling content for consumer wireless offers. A deep understanding of content best practices and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

Develop and implement content strategies that foster engagement and align with organizational goals.

Continuously refine and improve content to ensure clarity, impact, and relevance.

Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences.

Maintain expertise in assigned product / portfolio areas.

Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using data and user feedback.

Content Creation and Management

Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to AT&T’s brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to maintain consistent and cohesive messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree (BS / BA) preferred.

Experience :

5+ years in content creation, content strategy, or related fields.

Experience in selling telecom solutions is a plus.

Proven ability to manage large-scale content projects in agile environments.

Skills

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus.

Our Senior Content Strategist earn between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
