Position Title : Youth Support Specialist - Floater - Full Time and On-call available

Love a Change of Scenery? This position reports to several locations in Weston Mills, Falconer and Lancaster, NY , and we’ll even pay mileage if you’re covering shifts outside of your home base.

Keep youth safe and supported through everyday activities.

Guide daily tasks like school prep, chores, and life skills.

Lend a hand when someone’s struggling — with empathy and patience.

Lead group activities and fun recreational outings.

Work with a team to create and follow care plans.

Stay on top of records and incident reports.

Help youth build better futures.

What We’re Looking For :

Must Have : A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Nice to Have : Experience working with youth or in a similar role.
