Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Pipeline Integrity Engineer with a strong background in regulatory compliance and auditing, ideally with prior experience at the state governance level, such as the Texas Railroad Commission (TRRC), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), or other state agencies responsible for pipeline safety and integrity oversight. This role is critical to ensuring our pipeline systems consistently meet or exceed both federal and state safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pipeline integrity regulations, audit procedures, and risk-based assessment methodologies, contributing to a culture of safety, reliability, and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support internal and external pipeline integrity audits, ensuring compliance with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 , as well as applicable state-level regulations .
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements from PHMSA , TRRC , and other state agencies, including TRRC Rule
• 8.101 - Pipeline Integrity Assessment and Management , which governs integrity assessments, remediation timelines, and documentation standards for intrastate pipelines.
• Ensure timely and thorough execution of integrity assessments in accordance with Rule
• 8.101, including :

Identification of pipeline segments subject to integrity assessment.

Represent the company in regulatory meetings, industry forums, and technical committees.
