Job Description
Client Summary:- Focus on streamlining to minimize the time and costs associated with payment processing
- Offers outsourced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
- Handles Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) electronically, requiring efficient management and consolidation with other payment types
- Database Design and Architecture : Design and architect database solutions, including breaking down large databases into smaller, more manageable structures.
- ETL Tools : Utilize ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data between different systems and databases.
- Database Technology : Possess a broad understanding of database technologies beyond Microsoft SQL, with the ability to adapt to different platforms as needed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to break up applications and databases into smaller sub-components, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Project Management : Contribute to data analytics and machine learning projects, leveraging your expertise to support a wide range of activities within the organization.
- Mentorship : Embrace a mentor mindset, providing guidance and support to junior team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of database design and architecture.
- Database Expertise : Strong knowledge of database design principles, along with experience in breaking down large databases and applications.
- ETL Skills : Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques, with hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Technical Skills : Demonstrated ability to work with various database technologies and adapt to new platforms as required.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on engineering or related disciplines.
- Collaborative Spirit : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Project Management : Experience contributing to data analytics and machine learning projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Tenure : Strong tenure in previous roles, demonstrating stability and commitment to professional growth and development.
