This role offers the opportunity to lead complex software implementation projects within a fast-paced healthcare environment, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. You will oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, manage client communications, and align project execution with strategic business goals. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, client-facing skills, and team leadership, enabling you to influence product quality and drive impactful solutions. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and directly contribute to improving workflows in healthcare and specialty pharmacy settings.

Accountabilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during software implementation, maintaining strong relationships and trust.
• Define project scope, execute tasks, manage deliverables, coordinate staffing, and track progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Business Analysts, Development, QA, Product Management, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Collect and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes using established processes.
• Plan milestones, prioritize bug reports, and coordinate team training when needed.
• Present project updates and status reports to executive leadership.
