Job Description

Enterprise Project Manager / CRM Business Analyst

Job Title : IT - SCCOMMERCE - Enterprise Project Manager - Executive

Location : Columbia, SC hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Position Type : C2C / W2

Years of Exp : 10+years

Duration of the Contract : 12 months

Project Scope :

The project aims to assess, design, and implement a CRM solution that streamlines business processes, enhances customer engagement, and drives organizational productivity. It encompasses analyzing current workflows across sales, marketing, and customer service, identifying CRM requirements, configuring and deploying a tailored CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365), and ensuring successful adoption through training, SOPs, and change management. The project also includes monitoring system performance, providing insights to leadership, and recommending optimizations or technology upgrades to maximize ROI and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate business needs and workflows to identify CRM improvement opportunities.
  • Configure and implement CRM systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and adoption strategies for end-users.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure CRM supports their goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize CRM performance; provide actionable recommendations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders on CRM usage, trends, and ROI.
  • Stay updated on CRM technologies and suggest enhancements or new tools.
  • Assist in CRM vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation processes.

Required Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, implementation, and optimization
  • 7+ years of experience with Sales Processes – workflows, pipeline management, and process optimization
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst – gathering requirements, documenting processes, working with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience developing training materials and SOPs for CRM adoption
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Certifications :

    CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
