A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager (Salesforce & Manufacturing ERP).
Key Responsibilities
Own Salesforce administration and ongoing development, including building Flows, validations, and managing security
Support and enhance the company's ERP platform, managing integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems
Act as the business-facing owner of enterprise applications, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years in business systems, applications, or Salesforce-focused roles
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, security model, reports, and dashboards
Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning (LWC or Aura)
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
