About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President of Product Innovation and Marketing to lead our talented team focused on advancing self-service retail systems. This key leadership role is crucial in curating next-generation solutions that elevate consumer experiences while addressing rising labor cost challenges. You will take charge of our product strategy, driving the entire lifecycle from market research to product roadmaps.

Your collaboration with engineering and program teams will be essential in delivering innovative features aligned with market demands. Additionally, you will craft effective marketing strategies to boost our brand visibility and tap into new markets, while mentoring our team of product managers and marketers to cultivate a dynamic and collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 10 years of robust experience in product management or marketing leadership, preferably within technology, manufacturing, or self-service retail. A proven ability to manage product portfolios, launch successful products, and drive revenue through strategic go-to-market approaches is vital.

Essential skills include strong financial acumen, P&L ownership experience, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Experience with recurring revenue models or managed services, coupled with key competencies in strategic vision, customer focus, team leadership, and results orientation, will set you apart.
