Salary : $24-$28

Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment throughout the plant

Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and methods

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on motors, control panels, wiring, and lighting systems

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial or maintenance electrician (manufacturing environment preferred)

Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and troubleshooting methods

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

Familiarity with 480V systems and three-phase power

Must be safety-conscious and able to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
