A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Sales for the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue excellence by achieving Annual Recurring Revenue objectives and forecasting targets
Execute strategic planning to maximize revenue through various lead generation initiatives
Manage sales operations using Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
Located in Western US, preferably CA or CO
15+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health sectors
Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement
Experience selling enterprise products / services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
Strong familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
