Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on employee benefits law, including ERISA

Assist in the design, establishment, maintenance, and operation of retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans

Ensure compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

4 to 10 years of experience in Employee Benefits law

Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Experience with various types of employee benefit plans

Strong academic background

Enthusiasm for client service and initiative
