Senior AP Consultant

Accounts Payable Specialist

Review, validate, and process a backlog of 300+ invoices. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoice approvals, purchase orders, and payment terms. Perform full-cycle credit card reconciliation, ensuring all transactions are accurately matched to receipts and GL accounts. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely payments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records in the accounting system. Assist with month-end close activities related to AP and credit card accounts. Recommend and implement process improvements to prevent future backlogs.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
