A company is looking for a Principal UX Researcher / Design Strategist (Mobile Ethnographer - Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and own mobile ethnographic research using various qualitative methods
Understand user needs and behaviors to guide product and strategy decisions
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of relevant experience in strategic research engagements
Expertise in designing and managing multi-phase qualitative studies
Experience translating complex qualitative data into meaningful insights
Ability to present compelling narratives that influence decision-making
Prior experience in a two-sided marketplace is preferred
