Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities & Growth Path :

Lead by example in the field by directly acquiring new residential customers and setting the pace for sales production.

Master AT&T’s wireless and fiber solutions, using that knowledge to close deals and demonstrate value-based selling to the team.

Drive consistent revenue growth by hitting personal sales quotas and showing trainees how to overcome objections in the field.

Conduct high-energy sales meetings and workshops that motivate the team and sharpen their negotiation skills.

Mentor entry-level associates, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback to help them reach their potential.

Analyze performance metrics to identify territory trends and implement strategies that boost team efficiency.

Participate in management strategy sessions to learn the operational and administrative side of running a marketing campaign.
