Descripción del trabajoManageable and Sustainable Caseload : Adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day. Flexible Schedule : Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished. Primary Duties : Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges. Work-Life Balance : Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only. Leadership and Growth Opportunities : Unit Directorship / Leadership appointment available if interested. Job type : Full time employed W-2 position. Salary range : $330,000-$390,000 Benefits : Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST / LT disability, etc. Malpractice insurance covered. PTO : 25 days Paid Time Off annually. CME : 5 paid days + reimbursable expenses. Other compensation : Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus available. Education : MD / DO degree from an accredited program. Certifications : BC / BE in General Psychiatry (required). Licensure : Current Washington physician / medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license. Credentialing : Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.

- Kirkland Campus : 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
- Everett Campus : 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
- Monroe Campus : 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs. With over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health.
