2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership.Strong communicator and relationship-builder with excellent follow-through.Competitive, motivated, and growth-minded — ready to commit to a 2-3 year development track.Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (preferred, not required).Located in or willing to commute to the Denver Metro area.Benefits
