We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1-hour wound VAC visits , 7 days a week , for one of our patients located on Incline Rd, Satsuma, FL 32189 .
The ideal candidate should be dependable, compassionate, and experienced in wound care management. This position offers consistent daily visits and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient recovery and comfort. Responsibilities include :
- Performing wound care .
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Communicating effectively with the care team and family.
