Principal ML Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal ML Engineer - Personalisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and evolution of scalable, high-performance personalization backend systems

Drive cross-functional initiatives to establish industry-leading personalization technologies using machine learning models

Define strategies to enhance the performance, reliability, and observability of personalization services

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

8+ years of experience in designing and leading large-scale distributed backend systems

Hands-on experience with personalization infrastructure and / or recommendation engines

Mastery of Python and its core ML ecosystem, including TensorFlow and PyTorch

Proven ability to lead and influence engineering direction across teams
