Position is remote. 100% telehealth. Available as part-time, 1099 contractor. Pay is a fixed rate-per-case payment. Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety. We are looking for a part-time, Clinical Testing Psychologist passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Director of Neuropsychology. Position Overview The Testing Psychologist will perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention strategies for children, adolescents, and adults. This role focuses on addressing behavioral health complexities, providing actionable insights through psychoeducational and psychological evaluations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities: Work with children, adolescents, adults, and their families to conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations. Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries, focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning. Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to the individual’s needs. Collaborate with psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, supervising test administration, scoring, and ensuring quality control. Deliver compassionate feedback through virtual sessions and create feedback videos to communicate findings and recommendations. Partner with the patient’s care team (psychiatrists, therapists, care managers, and coaches) to integrate assessment findings into a cohesive care plan. Maintain a detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure the accuracy of testing data and comprehensive reporting. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments, including adapting testing strategies for virtual delivery. Core Competencies: Expertise in Psychological Assessment Proficient in administering, interpreting, and integrating psychological tests related to cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Provides clear and actionable insights based on assessment data to guide interventions and accommodations. Clinical Supervision and Quality Control Effectively supervise psychometrists and assistants, ensuring the highest test administration and scoring standards. Mentor team members in professional development and adherence to best practices. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to inform treatment planning and ensure cohesive care. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with patients, families, and care teams. Adaptability in Virtual Settings Comfortably conduct virtual assessments and feedback sessions using telehealth platforms. Adapt testing strategies to remote delivery, ensuring quality and accessibility for diverse clients. Ethical and Compassionate Practice Adhere to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and respect in all interactions. Deliver findings and feedback with sensitivity and cultural competence. Report Writing and Feedback Delivery Create detailed, comprehensive psychological reports that are clear, accurate, and accessible to families and care teams. Deliver written, verbal, and video feedback effectively, ensuring clarity and compassion. Qualifications: Education : Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program. Licensure : Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state Experience : 3+ years of experience in psychological assessment with children, adolescents, or adults. Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma). Skills : Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., WISC, WAIS, BASC, MMPI, Conners). Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings clearly and compassionately. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools. Preferred : Experience in a virtual environment. Licensed Pay $370 for each successfully Completed Neuropsychological Evaluation Report. Completed is defined as a final report sent out and completed feedback session. Why Join Us? Optimized Case Rate: While the case rate may initially seem lower, our streamlined system allows you to complete assessments more efficiently, enabling you to handle more cases in less time without compromising quality—resulting in a highly competitive overall earning potential. On average, our neuropsychologists complete four weekly assessments, enabling you to maintain a steady workload at your own pace. By completing four weekly assessments, you can earn $1,500 for asynchronous work, offering both financial reward and flexibility.
